With more than 20 years of experience spanning healthcare, disability, government, consulting, manufacturing and utilities, she brings practical insight from frontline services through to executive leadership and major transformation programmes.
Rowena specializes in change mastery focusing on ADHD business mentoring. She helps business' navigate change with practical action and confidence.
Erin Strange
Erin started her career in early childhood education, and brings strong paediatric knowledge to the team. She worked in youth mentoring and supporting families, connecting with people of all ages.
Erin is a strengths-based coach focused on helping neurodivergent individuals build confidence and clarity. She supports people in taking practical steps forward in their careers and personal goals.
